CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 30% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late arrivals: 15+ minutes late will incur a 20% late fee. If I’m unable to accommodate due to other appointments, your service may be canceled and a 50% fee will apply. These policies are in place to protect my time and business — thank you for understanding and respecting them!
